Additionally, I was disappointed with the room service, as the milk jug we received was moldy inside. This experience made our family gathering less pleasant, and I hope they address these concerns for future visitors.

staying at barcelo was a fantastic experience! the hotel is massive and so clean, with a lovely foyer that has the best smell. the breakfast restaurant near a pond was a highlight. staff were super friendly and checked on us daily.

Furthermore, the infamous bar services can be painfully slow, especially during busy hours, which may interrupt your downtime. The pool area, while sizable, is cramped for the amount of guests. Lastly, the added charges for breakfast, parking, and small in-room amenities felt excessive and were not clearly communicated at check-in.
